Supermarkets and mega shopping malls are replacing small outlets and kiosks in cities.. While shopping at a huge retail store is a pleasurable experience as it offers variety and choice of products, standing in a long queue for paying the bills is the not so pleasurable part of it. Customers lose patience and they equate delay at the bill counter to inefficiency and poor service. It is even possible that the customer may never want to come back.
